Purpose:
This project focused on UI/UX design and creating a Flight Information Display System (FIDS) for the iPhone 14 Pro. It focused on the Atlanta International Airport. The app is supposed to show real-time updates and details for flight arrivals and departures.
Research:
Research was conducted to explore other FIDS interfaces and to gain visual benchmarking for potential improvements.
Sketching:
Based on the previous research, sketches were done to explore visual hierarchy and layouts.
Color & Typeface:
different colors and typfaces were explored to find what fit best with the hierarchies
Hierarchies:
The best hierarchy sketches were then digitized in Figma so iteration could be made.
Final interface:
Once the designs were finalized, Figma was used to make the interface interactive in an iPhone model.
